The Southwestern Ohio Council of Governments (COG) is a cooperation between county boards of developmental disabilities in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties. 

These agencies share common concerns and the desire to provide the best possible services to persons with developmental disabilities in their respective counties. 

By cooperating with one another and coordinating services regionally wherever possible, residents of these counties will be better served.
